Smoking

According to the rental agreement, smoking is strictly forbidden in both the apartment and shared facilities. Each resident must agree to comply with this agreement.

If, despite this, tenants smoke in the apartment, they are liable to compensate for any damage caused. If you notice smoking in Koas’ facilities, contact the Housing Office.
