Right to occupancy

Koas apartments are primarily meant for students, which means that a rental agreement requires that you or your partner have a study place in a postsecondary educational institution. The foundation reviews your study information at regular intervals and always when necessary. After completing your studies, you may get the right to occupancy for two years in the context of this review. This decision is affected by the general housing sufficiency and how the resident has fulfilled their duties.

Koas gives notice of lease termination six (6) months ahead. If you interrupt your studies, Koas may terminate your right to occupancy without granting a further right.
