Customer service online and in Koas Meeting Room
Koas customer service can be reached by phone on weekdays from 12 noon to 3 pm, by email and via chat at koas.fi. Inquiries related to rent payment or rent: please contact vuokrat@koas.fi.
On-site customer service at Koas Meeting Room is open during the renovation on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12 noon to 3 pm.
Exceptions in opening hours:
- Customer service on site is closed from 23-27 September 2024 due to preparatory work.
- We are available in the Meeting Room starting Sept 30th on Mondays, Wednesdays and on the 1st working day of the month from 12 noon to 3 pm.
- More detailed informaton about the opening hours at the end of November and in the beginning of December will follow closer on.
The changes affecting the residents’ everyday life
Because it is used as a substitute office, Koas Meeting Room, as well as the Kabinetti and Koas Bike, are out of bookable use for residents between September 22nd – December 11th 2024. We apologise that the spaces cannot be used, and thank you in advance for your patience!
