Housing applications arrive steadily throughout the summer. We offer apartments to applicants as apartments matching the criteria of the application become available due to lease terminations. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an apartment for every applicant for September, as the demand is high.
The housing situation in a nutshell
- Apartments becoming available for September are all offered, which means they await the applicant’s decision on the apartment.
- There are still 907 applicants waiting for an apartment in September-October, of which 496 applicants are looking for studios.
- Currently, around 630 new lease agreements have already been signed for August-September.
There may still be cancellations, so stay tuned and check your email for a possible apartment offer!
You may find an apartment that matches your search during the rest of the year. Studio apartments become available more slowly, be prepared for a 6-12 month waiting period. Housing application for Koas Tourula will begin the autumn of 2024.

Upcoming: 121 new apartments in Koas Tourula
Good news! A whopping 121 apartments will be completed by January 2025 at the new Koas Tourula property. Applying for those apartments will begin in the autumn 2024. Follow the completion of Koas Tourula on our website and social media!

If you already found an apartment elsewhere and no longer need a Koas apartment, please remove your application.
If, on the other hand, you want to wait for a Koas home, we recommend editing some of the criteria in your application, so that we know you are actively looking for an apartment. Also remember to renew your application every three months!
