Changes in office hours! Here are the exceptions in December:
- Friday, December 6, customer service and the office are closed (Finnish Independence Day).
- Wed-Thu, December 11-12, customer service and the office are closed due to staff training.
- Monday, December 23-27 customer service and the office are closed (Christmas week).
On December moving day, Monday, December 2, we are available by phone and email from 9 am to 3 pm and at our temporary office in the Koas Meeting Room from 12 noon to 3 pm.
After the renovation, the Koas office will reopen on Monday, December 9, at 12 noon. The Koas Meeting Room will return to resident use the same week – you can make reservations for the study space from Koas Booking!
The office will return to normal opening hours on Monday, December 16, meaning that the office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 noon to 3 pm.
