The Koas Tourula student housing location, about to be completed in the Pajala area on the banks of the Tourujoki river, is an excellent combination of comfort and sustainability. Applying for Koas Tourula apartments opens in September in week 39!
You can now apply for Koas Tourula apartments! (Sept 23, 2024)
102 studioss and 19 two-room apartments will be completed in the seven-story Koas Tourula, located in the historic factory milieu, next to the old Rifle factory. The sizes of the apartments are 26.5–43 square meters. Our new location will also have many spaces designed for joint use by the residents.
In the common kitchen of the lounge you can cook together with neighbours and watch the hockey World Cup in the common lounge area. There are also spaces for quiet studying and, of course, a sauna. Thanks to the laundry, there is no need to equip your own home with a washing machine, and everyday life is made easier by a bike rack numbered with the number of your own apartment.
Koas apartments are applied for by filling out an apartment application on the Koas website. Please fill in the criteria carefully and choose the residential properties you like and need for the application. Koas Tourula will be available for applications in week 39. The site will be completed at the end of 2024 and the new residents will most likely be able to move in around the turn of the year.
