Termination of Tenancy

To end your lease agreement with Koas, please use this form. Once we receive your notice, we will send a confirmation to your email.

For lease agreements involving multiple tenants, both leaseholders need to submit their own Termination of Tenancy request.

If you have a paid a deposit before you moved in, you can provide the account details using this form to receive your deposit refund. If you have a foreign bank account, please contact Koas customer service for more infomation.

Don’t forget to submit the form after reviewing it!

NB. A fixed-term lease ends automatically on the expiry of the contract, which means a separate termination of the tenancy is not required.
